This coffee is an amalgamation of several farms in this region. The bean shape, a peaberry, is a natural occurrence. Peaberries are produced by every tree (accounting to 4-8% of the beans) and caused when one of the (typically) two seeds within a fruit fails to develop, leaving behind a single, rounded seed- a peaberry.
